In the Studio

In 2012 Mary happened to walk by a Stained Glass shop in Edmonds, WA and dropped in to see the glass.  She inquired about taking lessons, started the next week and for over seven years went every Thursday night to create and learn about glass.  She built a studio in her basement in Woodway, WA and when she moved to Lummi Island, she had one built onto the house.

After filling up every window in her Woodway house, making pieces for friends and family, she branched out into to creating pieces for sale and custom commissions.  Her inspirations are Nature, Art Nouveau and artists whose lines and colors lend them to glass renderings.
